Step 1: Registration
- Click "Sign Up as Swimmer" from the home page
- Enter your email and create a secure password
- Complete your swimmer profile with basic information
- Add your SwimRankings.net ID if you have one (optional)
Step 2: First Login
Once registered, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:
- Log your first training session
- Set your first personal goal

Recording a Training Session
- Go to your Training Journal tab
- Click "Add Session" or use the quick form
