Step 1: Registration
  1. Click "Sign Up as Swimmer" from the home page
  2. Enter your email and create a secure password
  3. Complete your swimmer profile with basic information
  4. Add your SwimRankings.net ID if you have one (optional)

Once registered, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:

Recording a Training Session
  1. Go to your Training Journal tab
  2. Click "Add Session" or use the quick form
  3. Select session type (technique, endurance, speed, etc.)
  4. Enter duration in minutes
  5. Record total distance swum
  6. Rate your effort using RPE scale (1-10)
  7. Add notes about the session
Understanding RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)
1-3: Very light effort
4-6: Moderate effort
7-8: Hard effort
9-10: Maximum effort
